Prerequisites   

 Basic knowledge on the first-order logic e.g. the first half of the course Matemaattinen logiikka and on cardinals and ordinals e.g. the course Elements of set theory. The first three sections of these notes of a course on model theory cover the prerequisites.

Lectures

Weeks 3-9 and 11-18, Monday 14-16 and Friday 12-14 in room B321. Two hours of exercise classes per week.

Easter Holiday 2.-8.4.
