Lecture notes can be found here. The notes are for a 14 weeks course and thus we will not be able to cover all the material in the notes.
The exam will be based on the following material from the notes: Sections 2, 3 and 4, 6.1, 6.2, 6.3 and 6.4 from Section 6 and Sections 7,8,10 and 11.
