Title:   "Diffusive limit in a quantum linear Boltzmann equation"

Abstract:   I will discuss a quantum linear Boltzmann equation 
describing the dynamics of a quantum particle receiving collisions from 
an ideal Bose gas.  The model has been recently proposed by physicists, 
and I will take the specific case corresponding to when the interaction 
between the test particle and a single gas particle is a hard-sphere 
interaction.  My focus will be on the diffusive behavior for the model.
