Title: Multifractal Analysis of Mandelbrot Cascade Measures

Abstract:
A multiplicative cascade is a construction of a random measure by some
process involving iterated random multiplications. The resulting measure
typically has a non-trivial multifractal spectrum. The goal of this
presentation is to give an introduction of Mandelbrot cascades, the
simplest class of multiplicative cascades, and determine the
multifractal spectra of the generated measures.
